Meet Jarrod

Jarrod Partridge runs Pear Tree Media. He spent the past decade building and ranking high-traffic websites, growing them from a single page into networks that drew thousands of readers a day. That work meant living inside Google’s ranking signals daily: search, content and the small technical details that decide who shows up first.
He now points that same skill set at Google Business Profiles for local businesses in Mildura and across Sunraysia. The goal is the one he chased online for years, getting a business seen at the top, only now it is the Top 3 of Google Maps where local customers look first.
Based in Mildura, Jarrod works directly with every client, so you deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager three steps removed.
What We Do
Pear Tree Media manages Google Business Profiles for local companies in Mildura and across Sunraysia. Our focus is simple: getting your business into the Top 3 of Google Maps, where most local customers click, call and visit.
We handle the day-to-day work of Google Business Profile management, from categories and services to photos and posts. We also do Google Business Profile SEO, the on-profile work that improves where you rank for local searches in Maps and the local pack.
Why Your Profile Counts
There is a second reason your profile is worth managing well. AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini now read Google Business data when people ask them to recommend a local business. An active, accurate profile shapes what these tools say about you, not just where you sit on the map.
Based in Mildura, we work with trades, clinics, retailers and other local businesses who would rather run their business than wrestle with Google. If you want Google Business Profile help from people who do this every day, talk to Pear Tree Media.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Google Business Profile help with SEO?
Yes. Your profile is one of the strongest signals Google uses to rank local businesses in Maps and the local pack. Complete categories, regular posts, photos at the right image size and steady reviews all feed Google Business Profile SEO and lift where you appear.
What should I do if my Google Business Profile is suspended?
Stop making further edits, as repeated changes can slow a review. Read the suspension notice, correct the underlying cause, then follow Google's reinstatement form. Most cases trace back to address, category or duplicate-listing problems.
How do I add a user to my Google Business Profile?
Open your profile, go to Business Profile settings, then People and access, and add the person's Google email as a Manager or Owner. If you would rather not hand over Owner access, you can add Pear Tree Media as a Manager and remove us at any time.
How do I change my Google Business Profile photo, and what size should it be?
Search your business name while signed in, select Edit profile, then Photos. Use a square logo around 720 by 720 pixels, with cover and post images at 1200 by 900 pixels or larger, in JPG or PNG. Clear, recent photos tend to earn more views and clicks.
How do I find my Google Business Profile ID?
Search your business name while signed in and open your profile. The Business Profile ID appears in the profile web address as a long number. Developers can also retrieve it through the Google Business Profile API.
How do I delete a Google Business Profile?
From the profile, open Business Profile settings, then Remove profile, and choose to remove profile content and managers. This removes your management of the listing, though the listing can stay on Maps. If you are closing or merging a business, we can guide the right steps so you do not lose reviews or rankings.
